These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpearl ("phpearl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phpearl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phpearl.one and any associated mobile or web applications.

By registering an account on phpearl, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. phpearl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

To access phpearl's real-money gaming services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one phpearl account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpearl username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phpearl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your phpearl account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately. phpearl is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: phpearl may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. phpearl supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the phpearl platform:

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• phpearl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your phpearl account balance in Philippine Peso (₱) upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• phpearl processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• phpearl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6 of these Terms.

phpearl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phpearl reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse is suspected.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your phpearl account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• Bonus Abuse: phpearl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
• Changes to Promotions: phpearl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the phpearl website.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the phpearl platform:

• Game Outcomes: All phpearl games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. phpearl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, phpearl's system will complete the round according to the game's rules. phpearl is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, phpearl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game on phpearl has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. Players must wager within these limits at all times.
• Game Rules: Each game available on phpearl has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phpearl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one phpearl account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the phpearl platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the phpearl platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the phpearl platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any phpearl software or game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpearl staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the phpearl platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phpearl account.

phpearl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phpearl account. Limits can be lowered immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can set session duration reminders to receive notifications when they have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming can activate phpearl's self-exclusion tool, which locks the account for a period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion can be activated instantly from your account settings.
• Reality Checks: phpearl provides periodic on-screen reminders of time spent playing and net gaming activity during a session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpearl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phpearl content without prior written consent.
• Use the phpearl brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on phpearl content or software.
• Use phpearl content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of phpearl's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. phpearl reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpearl's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the phpearl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpearl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the phpearl platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays beyond phpearl's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.

phpearl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that phpearl reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other applicable authorities.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, phpearl reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may also voluntarily close your phpearl account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpearl platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact phpearl's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution.
